Our agile transformation engagements end with a governance structure that has met, a set of ceremonies that are running, and a delivery cadence that the organisation can sustain without us. Not a framework document and a handover presentation. The measure of our success is adoption — and adoption means the organisation still operates the new way six months after we leave.

For at-risk programme rescue, we work quickly. If a programme is three months behind schedule, we assess the root cause within two weeks and restructure workstreams, governance, and accountability before the next steering committee. We do not produce a rescue plan; we execute one.
